Rally Round – is a FREE online ‘to do list’ tool that enables trusted friends and family to help someone they care about.
Using this tool allows tasks to be listed, then family and friends can volunteer to complete those tasks. Notifications are sent by text and email so that everyone knows what tasks are available, who has volunteered to complete them and when a task is done. This ‘wrap-around’ support could be used to help a family carer to continue caring or it could be to help someone with health conditions stay independent.
Registration and use of the tool is free to West Lancashire residents.
You can start a network yourself or, if you would like help, West Lancs CVS is offering support to get started.
Download the West Lancs brochure, poster and referral form.
