Calling all West Lancs community, voluntary, faith and social enterprise groups – we’re pleased to announce that WLCVS will be hosting a series of networking events for the West Lancs voluntary sector over the coming year.

We’re kicking off with a Funding Fair and networking opportunity:

• On Thursday 14^th March 2024
• In St Anne’s Parish Centre, 23 Prescot Road, Ormskirk, L39 4TG
• At  10.30am – 2.15pm

We’ve pulled together key local and national funders to give more information about their grants and what makes a good application.

We will also be launching and providing information about the new ICB funding pot – West Lancs Population Health Investment Fund.

Funders confirmed so far:

• Whitemoss Community Fund
• Bernard Sunley Foundation
• Heritage Lottery Fund
• John Moores Foundation
• Crowdfunder Lancashire

There will also be information about the Eric Wright Small Grants Scheme

• stock up on information to help your work
• catch up with colleagues from across the sector

Lunch will be provided.

Please note:

• Places are limited and we expect this event to be popular, so priority will be given to community, voluntary, faith and social enterprise groups based in West Lancs who are CVS members. (If you are not yet a CVS member, please apply here).
• Groups from outside the Borough (or with their main base elsewhere) are welcome but will initially go on a waiting list.
• Places are limited to two people per organisation. Please complete a booking form for each person wishing to attend.
