We’re delighted to let you know that our new West Lancs Buzz Directory, showcasing the voluntary sector across the Borough, is now live!

What’s the Buzz?  It’s the sound of thousands of people across West Lancs making a difference every day.

It’s:

• Volunteers running a community group
• People helping their neighbours
• Faith groups serving their local communities
• Social enterprises showing new ethical ways of doing business

The voluntary sector in West Lancs has an impressive history of committed local effort, delivering activities and services that are vital to the well-being of many.

West Lancs Buzz Directory celebrates and showcases this extraordinary groundswell of community action, and CVS is proud to be the key local body supporting and developing this amazing work over the past 50 years.

We’re seeing this launch as just the beginning. Thanks to all of you who have already sent us your details, we’ve got a great foundation to build on. We hope it will evolve and grow to become a useful local resource.
